COMMUNITY

Julie firmly believes in the transformative power of one, having been on the receiving end multiple times.  Inspired by the support and encouragement she received in her career and during her re-entry, she is dedicated to paying it forward. Julie feels a responsibility to offer compassion, encouragement, and mentorship to others, supporting them on their journeys.

Serving as a board member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) Mid-Atlantic region, her compassion extends to those affected by devastating diseases, as she has lost childhood friends to cancer. These losses have deeply impacted her, leading her to make a solemn commitment to support those battling such illnesses. Recognizing the importance of even the smallest contributions, she aims to make a difference in their lives.

Founder/Executive Director Leveling the Playing Field, Inc.

"The manner in which Julie presented the organization during our program came off as authentic and passionate and played a significant role in the success of our fundraiser. During and after the event I heard from numerous supporters of our organization about how professional Julie was in presenting the organization and its work.  We were incredibly fortunate to have been able to take advantage of her skillset and ability to connect with our audience in such an authentic and natural manner.  Julie is a true pro!"
