You don’t hire me as a keynote speaker just to be inspired - you hire me to create a shift.

With over 20 years in broadcast journalism and sports, I know firsthand what it feels like to walk into rooms where you’re the only one, to battle imposter syndrome, and to stay silent out of fear of being judged. I lived the pressure of high-stakes environments where every word mattered and confidence wasn’t optional - it was survival.

By learning how to recognize the thoughts that were holding me back and turning them into decisive, confident action, I didn’t just advance- I made history. I became the highest-ranked woman in an NFL franchise at the time and the first woman to hold a full-time position in an NFL radio broadcast booth.

Now, I teach others how to do the same.

My keynotes equip audiences with the tools to break through fear, silence self-doubt, and speak with clarity and conviction - whether they’re leading teams, closing deals, or stepping into roles they once thought were out of reach. This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience from the biggest stages, where confidence changes careers and voices change outcomes.

Julie's career milestone came in 2020 when she became the first woman to secure a full-time role in an NFL radio broadcast booth, she also was the highest ranked female at the time serving as the Senior Vice President of Media and Content for the Washington Commanders. This achievement led Sports Illustrated to name her one of the top 50 Most Powerful Women in Sports that year.
