EMPOWERMENT

Julie's career milestone came in 2020 when she became the first woman to secure a full-time role in an NFL radio broadcast booth, she also was the highest ranked female at the time serving as the Senior Vice President of Media and Content for the Washington Commanders. This achievement led Sports Illustrated to name her one of the top 50 Most Powerful Women in Sports that year.  

Julie is renowned for her honest discussions about the challenges of being the only woman in the room, overcoming imposter syndrome to the importance of allies and mentorship, negotiating contracts effectively, and strategies for achieving one's dream job.
